The initial letters “Ayn-Seen-Qaf” are used in the 42nd sura “Consultation.” The combination “Ayn-Seen-Qaf” has a characteristic that other combinations of initial letters do not have. While all the other combinations of initial letters are used only in the first verse of the suras, the combination “Ayn-Seen-Qaf” is used as the second verse of the 42nd sura. And these initial letters are used 209 (19×11) times in that sura. 209 is an exact multiple of 19.
